Refund Policy

At Maie Jewels, each permanent jewelry piece is custom-fitted and welded specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our services, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

1. Appointments & Deposits

To secure your permanent jewelry appointment in Marbella, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits are applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment
   

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

We understand that plans can change.

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice (depending on your booking confirmation)

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit

• Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings
   

3. Refunds

Due to the custom and permanent nature of our jewelry:

• Refunds are not available once the service has been completed

• All sales are final after welding has taken place

If you experience an issue with your jewelry, please contact us - your satisfaction is important to us.
 

4. Repairs & Adjustments

​

We are happy to offer complimentary repairs for normal wear and tear within a reasonable timeframe.
This does not include loss, intentional damage, or improper handling.
 

5. Gift Cards & Promotions
 

• Gift cards and promotional purchases are non-refundable

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
   

6. Exceptional Circumstances
 

In rare cases (such as service disruption or medical concerns), Maie Jewels reserves the right to assess refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
