Frequently Asked Questions
What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent Jewelry is a new concept of creating bespoke, made-to-measure jewelry. Unlike traditional jewelry, permanent jewelry has no clasp, giving a seamless finish. Chain ends are welded together, creating a strong bond. This is what gives your jewelry permanence.
What if I need to get an MRI or surgery?
If your doctor asks you to remove your permanent jewelry, you can easily do so by cutting it off at the jump ring with nail clippers. Once your procedure is complete, feel free to bring your back, and we will re-weld it for you at no extra charge.
Can I get it repaired?
While the pieces are designed to last, they aren't indestructible. If you need to remove or re-weld your jewelry, please bring your ticket. Your first re-weld is free, thereafter rewelds are 10€. If your chain breaks and gets lost within 30 days, you can get 50% off a new chain with your ticket.
Can children get permanent jewelry?
Yes! Children can get permanent jewelry with a parent/guardians consent. Note that we do not do permanent necklaces on children under the age of 10. As a bonus, children's chains are 40% off!
Is there anyone that can't get a permanent jewelry?
If you have a pacemaker you should not get a welded jewelry.
