Maie Jewels is a permanent jewelry business based in Marbella, Spain, specializing in bespoke, custom-fitted jewelry welded seamlessly for long-lasting wear.

2. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may change without prior notice.
Final pricing is confirmed during your appointment based on the jewelry selected.
Full payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 12 hours’ notice (as stated in your booking confirmation).
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.
Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments.

5. Refunds

Due to the custom and permanent nature of our services:

All sales are final once the jewelry has been welded.
Refunds are not provided after the service has been completed.

6. Health & Safety

Permanent jewelry welding is safe and painless; however, clients participate at their own risk.
If you have medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities, you must inform us prior to your appointment.
Maie Jewels is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or improper aftercare.

7. Jewelry Care & Liability

Clients are responsible for proper care of their jewelry after the appointment.
Normal wear and tear repairs may be offered at our discretion.
Maie Jewels is not responsible for lost jewelry, misuse, or damage caused after leaving the studio.

8. Age Policy

Clients under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
By booking, you confirm that you meet our age requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Maie Jewels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our site if misuse occurs.
